He is a specialized advisor in corporate matters, contracts, corporate immigration, FIDIC Rules and he handled various arbitration cases before Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA) as well as various international trade transactions. He also experienced various legal areas like Labor, Social Insurance, Real Estate, Licenses…etc.

In addition to his long experience in structuring and negotiating Commercial Contracts and Agreements, he is experienced in Intellectual Property, Patent, Trademarks, Civil and Commercial Law. On the educational level..
